Job Description
Seeking an engineering student willing to expand his/her development experience in the manufacturing industry and show they are ready for leadership roles by providing general assistance to complete and improve day to day operations of the manufacturing plant.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- In 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to manage information and communication
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Possess dependability to be consistently at work and on time
- Possess ability to process, maintain, and disburse confidential and sensitive information
- Exercise Professionalism
- Customer Service experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Rotates through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business.
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
- Engages with employees, customers, or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient in various internal systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
