Reports To: VP of People Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt/Full-time
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 annually
Location/Travel: Remote options available in a market where we have a clinic
Job Summary:
Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is a clinic-based organization dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to support a range of behavioral health needs for our clients and their families. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping EBH grow by identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented professionals who align with our mission and values. This position is ideal for someone who is early in their recruiting career and eager to develop their skills in talent acquisition. The Recruiter will support the recruiting team with tasks such as sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our applicant tracking system.
