We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher join our EnviroPark- Houston Branch. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication between drivers and the operations team. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers, ensuring accuracy
• Communicate effectively with drivers using phone systems to provide real-time updates.
• Monitor fleet operations and manage day to day activities.
• Input and maintain accurate data .
• Respond promptly to any issues or delays that arise during transportation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the supply chain.

Requirements

Competencies

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively relay information.
• Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain processes.
• Fleet management systems.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiar of Acumatica and Wastelinq, Microsoft 365 or similar software is required.
• Understanding Environmental Response route optimization is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
