Overview

The Provider Services Specialist performs and coordinates complex details in the support of provider recruitment and onboarding for permanent physicians, APPs, and locum efforts across the organization to support the strategic initiative growth of Carle Health. Active involvement in the recruitment process from the time a position is opened through the successful onboarding of the new hire provider.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and onboarding function and business processes in ATS and HR system.  Specifically, requisition management and open search list for perm recruitment and locum tenens. 
  • Partner with Provider Recruitment to update job requisitions in Workday and iCIMS
  • Process hires from iCIMS to WD (transfers, new hires, re-hires, leadership positions)
  • Partner with HRIS for creation of job profiles for new provider positions
  • Manage department credit card statements and submission of supporting documents to accounting for processing
  • Support tracking of invoices and expenses for department as well as processing external candidate expense reimbursements
  • Order office and marketing items for recruitment and onboarding needs
  • Support other provider recruitment/onboarding processes as needed

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $27.6per hour - $46.09per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
