Position Summary: Under general supervision perform screen imaging and mixing legend ink. Set up of screen and panel on screening table. Clean up of all tools. Operate screening machines. Quality workmanship in pushing legend. Bake time of legend and identify next step on traveler. Knowledge of Summit Traveler, work order number and tool number. Check artwork and and identify if serialization is required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of one (1) year in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are represenative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Required Skills:

General Ability to:

  • Speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Comprehend industry standards, customer specifications, designated reference materials and their appropriate application.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Effectively follow company systems and procedures. 

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one (1) year printed circuit board experience.
  • Basic mathematical and reasoning ability required.

Responsibilities:

  • Legend and serialization.
  • Ensure quality.
  • Performs other department or company-related tasks at the direction of the department lead.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires the individual to stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Compensation/Benefits: Summit offers a variety of health and benefit programs. Which include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA plans, Hospital and Accident plans, Life Insurance, PTO, and Paid Holidays. Benefits are effective 1st day of the month following 30 days of hire.

Pay Range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 hour based on experience.
