Employment Type: Full-Time, 10-Month Contract, 2025-2026 School Year

Davidson Charter Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Elementary Teachers to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to create engaging, effective lesson plans that align with state standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• NC Educator's License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: NC Certified Teacher Salary Schedule
• Additional 3% supplement (paid in December and June)
• Up to 6% Employer 403(b) Contribution Match
• 10 PTO days per year (unused PTO rolls over until maximum accrual is reached)

Employment Terms

All teachers at Davidson Charter Academy are on one-year contracts. Contract renewal is contingent upon successful performance, completion of duties and expectations, and available funding.
