Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in orthopedics medical education. The Strategic Development team in Naples, FL is responsible for supporting product development with strategic planning, data analytics and corporate development activities. The successful candidate will perform various projects related to these topics with guidance from the Strategic Development Team. The individual will also work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner.

This internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

To better understand the theories, ideas, and practices of Strategic Planning, Data Analytics and Corporate Development by actively engaging in a "hands-on," work-based, learning experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Power BI Platform enhancement.
  • Assist in creating a communications plan for Strategic Development tools and resources.
  • Conduct market analysis based on external vendor information.
  • Create a Pricing Benchmark Analysis.

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business, Economics, Healthcare, Data Engineering or Entrepreneurship. A college junior or above required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
  • Experience with data modeling and analytics is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning methodologies, financial Analysis and data engineering is preferred.
  • Orthopedic clinical knowledge is a plus.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Scanner.
