Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide crucial administrative support across various departments. The primary focus will be managing daily administrative tasks, supporting staff and leadership, and assisting with donor relations and campaign activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. 

Requirements

  • Serve as the first point of contact for outside guests, visitors, and phone inquiries.
  • Respond to emails and manage correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist staff with purchase orders, invoices, and financial documentation.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and task organization for team members and leadership.
  • Process contracts and related documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Help create and coordinate work schedules and ensure safety compliance through Paylocity.
  • Become proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams) to support daily operations.
  • Learn and utilize camp management CRMs such as Campbrain and Campdoc.
  • Provide administrative support for the Executive Director, including scheduling, communication, and special projects.
  • Support the organization’s annual campaign, giving programs, grants, and capital projects.
  • Assist in identifying, cultivating, stewarding, and thanking donors through various outreach and stewardship activities.
