Summary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of multi-unit apartment properties serving either families and/or seniors with achieving strong fiscal performance, solid regulatory compliance of various affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HUD, HOME, maintaining the physical integrity of the property, and collaborating with Resident Services.

Nevada HAND is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation founded in 1993 and dedicated to the development, management, and preservation of affordable housing. Through continuous growth, Nevada HAND has become the largest provider of its kind in the state of Nevada, currently owning and/or managing 36 apartment communities across the Las Vegas Valley that are home to over 8,200 seniors, working adults, and children.
