Are you a hands-on leader with an eye for detail and a passion for creating clean, safe spaces?
Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP are looking for a Housekeeping Lead to help deliver top-notch guest experiences across two of Arkansas’ most iconic venues.
As part of our Facilities Team, you’ll lead daily and event-based cleaning operations at the Walton Arts Center (Fayetteville) and the Walmart AMP (Rogers), helping keep our spaces looking their best before, during, and after shows.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff during live events and venue operations
- Delegate tasks and monitor cleaning standards using checklists and logs
- Respond quickly to urgent cleaning needs (spills, restroom restocks, etc.)
- Maintain communication with event leads and fellow departments
- Jump in to assist with hands-on cleaning when needed
- Foster a positive, respectful team culture across both indoor and outdoor settings
What You’ll Get:
- Pay – $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of custodial or janitorial leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication, accountability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in varied environments
- Comfortable with smartphones and basic mobile work apps
- Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and event days required
