What You'll Be Doing

• Operate dragline equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Monitor excavation progress and adjust operations to meet production targets
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic conditions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
