We are a reputable property management company that specializes in providing comfortable and affordable housing to residents across the country. We are currently seeking a Leasing Associate to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided. You will be required to work collaboratively with other team members to maintain high occupancy levels and ensure the property is well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process, including showing apartments and answering questions
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospects and residents
• Conduct background checks on prospective tenants
• Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Collect rent payments and prepare reports for management
• Assist with property inspections and make recommendations for repairs as needed
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and management staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and all resident needs are met
• Attend community events and marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new tenants
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Must be bi-lingual
• 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
