Position Description: 

We are seeking a self-driven Summer Intern to join our Sales Operations team. This internship will focus on designing and implementing an automated process to evaluate the success of customer contracts and/or product forecasting. The intern will work closely with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), streamline data collection, and build a scalable reporting solution. This project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in business process improvement and performance measurement within a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and pain points.
• Map the current process and identify inefficiencies or gaps.
• Analyze data sources (e.g., share & sales).
• Define and validate KPIs.
• Build a prototype dashboard or reporting tool using Excel or Tableau.
• Test the solution with historical data and refine based on feedback.
• Present final deliverables to ESOP & CPC.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op, and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op. 
• Must be pursuing at least a bachelor’s level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related major. 
• Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0 
• Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects) 
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated) 
• Ability to commit to a full time (40 hrs. per week) Intern position. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Tableau
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
