Department Leads

Department Leads are responsible for merchandise presentation and replenishment, ad sets
and signs.
Department Leads implement the companies merchandising directives
and ensure that the selling is clean, and safe. Must be able to provide hands on training, safety, multitask, evaluate and react to performance issues with strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of
the business. Physical requirements include; ability to walk and stand
continuously, lift up to 60 lbs., bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion.
