What You’ll Do

Your mission: keep our data clean, our reports clear, and our clients confident. You’ll:

• Be the Excel whisperer – build, maintain, and      troubleshoot reports using advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables,      queries, macros).
• Generate client statements – prepare accurate monthly      billing and reimbursement statements on schedule (no late deliveries on      your watch).
• Audit like a detective – review data sets to make sure everything      matches— and track down discrepancies.
• Collect & organize – gather data from multiple      sources and keep databases updated with precision.
• Turn chaos into clarity – create reports that summarize      the numbers and highlight the “so what” for accounting, forecasting, and      operations.
• Team up – collaborate with colleagues to      troubleshoot data hiccups and streamline processes.

What You Bring

We’re not asking you to code machine learning models. But we do expect you to be a master of the basics that make our business work.

• Advanced Excel skills      (queries, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros — you name it).
• Strong organizational skills and      an eagle eye for detail.
• Comfort working independently and      managing multiple projects at once.
• Communication skills to explain      findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teammates.
• A love of order, accuracy, and      “getting it right.”
